Refund Policy

Damages or discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns on general merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated. Please call our Customer Service prior to returning items to assure proper handling of refund or credit. Items must be returned in full, saleable units. Unauthorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee.



Imprint Items - Because custom imprinted items cannot be resold, we cannot accept their return.
