What does Student Supply charge for shipping?

For domestic orders - continental United States - we offer FREE Ground shipping for orders $99 and over,  and Ground shipping at a flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $99. Expedited shipping options are also available at actual cost, and these options can be selected when going through checkout.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO are charged actual shipping cost. The cost to these locations is automatically calculated by the shopping cart, and you can verify the cost prior to checkout.

How soon will my order ship?

Orders for in stock items generally ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday, except holidays. Orders received on Fridays, generally ship the following Monday. Custom imprint products require two to four weeks processing time, and ship when the order is complete. Custom imprint pencils generally ship within two weeks.

What is the shipping time - how soon will I receive my order?

This varies by geographic location, but here is a general guideline. Note that these are estimates only, and delivery speed can vary based on a number of factors including inclement weather.

1-3 business days to western states;
3-5 business days to midwestern states 
5-7 business days to eastern states.

When I try to add a custom imprint product to my cart I get a yellow highlighted error?

When ordering custom print merchandise, be sure to fill out all the desired options in the product options tab such as; product quantity, imprint color, imprint message and so forth. If you attempt to add a custom product to your cart without filling in the options, the error message "User Input Required", will pop up and the product will not be added to your cart.
