How do you encourage and motivate students? By presenting them with awards commending their academic achievements. Words work fine when it comes to inspiration, but at times students need something extra that gives them the necessary push or drive to help them perform even better, and medals & pins are the ideal way to implement that. Lapel pins can be awarded for excellent assignments and projects in class, while medals could be presented as rewards for overall performance in academics, and particularly good grades in examinations.
